Course Objectives In this course students will be required to create scenario options by obtaining and analyzing, evaluating and synthesizing natural, socio-economic and built environment data within the determined project area. The will be presenting the principles, strategies and policies for development while taking into account the participation of different actors and the legal and administrative framework. Preparation of urban development plans with alternatives at various scales while considering the scope of the planning hierarchy. The course aims to measure the planning, design, implementation skills and decision-making ability gained from the training the student has received throughout his education through the evaluation of independent personal study.
