Course Objectives

By associating the spatial, legal, financial, ethical and socio-political dimensions of urban planning, in the existing residential and development areas of the city, within the framework of possible alternative scenarios, development of future renewal, revitalization, sanitation, conservation and design policy, strategy and action plans.

Course Description

Determination of action areas in current-development areas, revealing scenario options, examining the legal framework, planning and designing housing, recreation, equipment and function areas according to 1/5000 scaled land use plan decisions.
