Course Description

Classification of signals and systems. Fourier analysis of continuous and
discrete signals and systems. Modulation concept and sampling theorem.
Sampling in time and frequency domain. Discrete and fast Fourier transform.
Transformation of continuous time systems into discrete time systems.
Representation of difference equations. State space equations and their
solution. z transformation and their properties. Analysis of discrete time
systems in z domain. Introduction to filtering.
