MAD 4901 - Mining Engineering Design Project I

Course Objectives

1. To develop an ability to solve problems related to mining engineering subjects by combining the knowledge learnt during mining engineering education,
2. To develop an ability to do literature survey, theoretical study and prepare solution methodologies (preparing a project proposal),
3. To develop an ability to prepare a technical report based on these studies.

Course Description

Preparation of a report including literature review, problem description, determination of the methods and parameters and if necessary a description report of the mine or mine related system(s).
