1. To understand basic techniques of engineering measurement systems
2. To understand the dimensional analysis and modeling
3. To perform various solution techniques to estimate the error properties of
measurement systems
4. To assess the experimental design and data analysis.
5. To enhance the individual skills as well as group work skills by means of class work
