Course Objectives		1 - To inform students about different biotechnological areas 2 - To inform students about fermentation technology, bioreactors and production using different organisms 3 - To discuss advance topics LIKE enzyme engineering and usage of genetically modified organisms
Course Description		Cell production methods in biotechnological processes; cytochiometry of microbial reproduction and material production; basis of fermentation technology; fundamentals of enzyme engineering; purification and recovery techniques of biomolecules; classification, operation and control of bioreactors; mixed cultures; utilization of genetically modified microorganisms; material production by plant cell cultures; material production by animal cell cultures.
