4. To explore links of ecology with evolution and climate change connections
Course Description
Organisms and their environments, major biomes, evolution and ecology, life history, population dynamics, interactions among the organisms (competition, predation, parasitism etc.), communities and biogeography, ecosystems (energy flow, food webs, nutrient cycling), applied and large-scale ecology (conservation biology, ecosystem management, global ecology).
