Quality Management Systems Concept, Quality Management System Principles and Requirement; Quality Management System Documentation; ISO 9000:1994 Quality Assurance System; ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System, ISO 9000:2008 Quality Management System Characteristics, Practices and Differences; ISO 14001 Environmental Quality Management System; HACCP Quality Management System; TS 18001 OHSAS Work Health and Assurance Management System; TS 13001 Hazard Analysis and Critical Points Management System; SA 8000 Social Responsibility Management System; ISO 16949 and ISO 13485 Quality Management System Standards; CE certificate. Case studies of real life examples will be supporting each quality management system.
