To gain the students planning and controlling skills for Quality Management in design and construction

Course Description

Introduction to quality management topics, Preparing the Quality Management Plan, Defining client/owner/user objectives and goals and incorporating them into the Quality Management, Integrating contract documents and other project plans and procedures into Quality Management, Selecting quality team of the project, Design Phase Quality Management, Evaluating bid submittals with regard to quality requirements, Quality Management in design, Construction Phase Quality Management, Procedures for transmitting Quality Management data to other project participants.
