Course Objectives		1. To develop students’ knowledge in comprehending basic management concepts and management functions. 2. To develop students’ ability of using management knowledge in different organizations. 3.To develop the competencies of students to use management knowledge in various organizations.
Course Description		Importance of management and organization and reasons of studying this subject; multiple perspectives on management and organization; fundamental concepts of management like management, manager, organization, behavior, culture; basic management functions: planning, organizing, leading and control; leadership, motivation and communication in organizations; new directions on management and organization field.
Course Outcomes		Students who successfully pass this course gain knowledge, skills and proficiency in the following subjects: I.Knowledge and ability defining management, manager and other organizational concepts. II.Competency of analyzing complex situations within management and organization processes. III. Ability of developing coping skills related to management and organization issues. IV.Ability of recognizing the existence of his/her own perspective, becoming more tolerant of other views in organizations.
