ISS 504E - Corporate Finance

Course Objectives

The objective of the course is to give the fundamentals of corporate finance and provide with decision techniques in the area of financial management.

Course Description

Topics include financial reports and their analysis, financial planning, working capital and financing decision, time value of money, stock and bond valuation, risk and return, capital budgeting, cost of capital, dividend policy.

Several problems will be assigned for each of the topics above. Students will also prepare a project about the financial analysis of a selected company.
