Course Objectives 1 To introduce the basic principles and objectives of Cargo Operations and
Operations
2 To provide information about Special Freight Operations
3 Orienting students on the preparation of their Voyage Plans, taking into account Cargo Operations
4 Orienting students to the concept of Intermodal transportation and its main elements within the logistics system
5 Understanding the perceptions of the Shipper (Shipper) about the operations in Intermodal Terminals with a case study on Maritime Transportation
6 To know to evaluate the skills related to Intermodal transportation within the scope of maritime transport
Course Description Kargo İşlemleri ve Operasyonlarının Prensipleri- Basit kurallar- Düzenlemeler- Rekomendasyonlar ve Talimatlar- , Bir geminin hareketleri- Stabilite, Lashing, Daneç, Sürtünme, kayma ve Devrilme, Başparmak Kuralı, Gelişmiş hesaplamala, Güverte/ambar Mukavemetti, Özel kargo Bilgisi– Dökme Yük, çelik ürünleri, Ağpır Yükler, Proje kargo, Ro-Ro, Kereste Yükü , Konteyner bve Konteyner gemisi dışında gemiler, Sefer Planı (Kargo ile ilgili) – Yükleme ve Neta, Seyir Planı, Seyir süresince yapılcak işlemler, Intermodal transportasyon konsepti, Intermodal transportasyon ana elemanları, Konteyner- taşıyıcılar- shipper’ler, Shipper’in Intermodal Transportasyonda yeri (rolü), Taşıyıcının perspectifi , Operasyonların planlanması, Intermodal Terminallerin deniz ticaretindeki yeri
