| Dersin Amaçları |
Çalışma alanı İstanbul ili Kadıköy ilçesine bağlı Rasimpaşa-Osmanağa mahallelerinde belirlenen 2 alt bölge ile Ataşehir ilçesine bağlı Barbaros mahallesidir. Projenin amacı; çalışma alanının zaman içindeki sosyal, ekonomik, kültürel, mekansal değişiminin, çalışma alanının yakın çevresi ve ilçe içindeki ilişkilerinin incelenerek değerlendirilmesi ve şematik gösterimi, alanın mevcut sorunları, mekana ilişkin potansiyeller, fırsat, tehdit ve zayıflıkların irdelenmesi ve mekânsal boyuta yansıyan seçenekli kentsel tasarım çözüm önerilerinin geliştirilmesidir.

Mevcut ve/veya gelişme alanlarında belirlenen farklı konu alanlarına yönelik ayrıntılı analizler, temel sorunların saptanması, potansiyeller, kısıtlar, olanakların tanımlanması, özel fonksiyon alanlarının günün koşullarına ve dinamiklerine bağlı olarak reorganizasyonu, dönüşümü ve/veya gelişimine yönelik tasarım kurgusu, taşıt-yaya ilişkiler şeması, alternative plan ve tasarım kararlarının üretilmesi, yasal çerçeve, teknik rapor, grafik ifadeler ve üç boyutlu çalışmalar olarak belirlenmiştir.

-Çalışma alanını tanıma ve zaman içindeki değişimini anlama kapsamında yapılacak literatür incelemesi ve analitik çalışmaların yürütülmesi,
-Alana ilişkin yerel yönetimlerce yapılmış, yaptırılmış her kademede plan, proje ve mekânsal tasarım çalışmalarının incelenmesi,
-Mekana ilişkin seçenekli kentsel tasarım çözüm önerilerinin geliştirilmesi beklenmektedir. |
