Dersin Tanımı		The aim of the Real Estate Economics course taught at the undergraduate level is to teach students the economic aspects of the real estate sector, market dynamics and economic analysis of real estate investments. This course aims to provide students with comprehensive knowledge about the functioning of real estate markets, financing models and the economic effects of real estate investments.
