3. To develop an understanding on the mutual relations of social structures and sound structures

Course Description

Introduction to soundscape studies and to its basic concepts: acoustic ecology, acoustemology, soundwalk, and acoustic communities. Introduction to sonic walks, exploring the sounds of the city.
