The analysis natural, built and socio-economic environment of the study area and assessment Making different development scenario by synthesis Stating the strategies and policies related to development of the study area Learning how the actors participate in planning process Taking legal and administrative knowledge into consideration Preparing the urban development plans alternatives in different scales related to the planning hierarchy Testing the design, application skill and decision capability which the student got during education period by individual projects
