Course Objectives		The aim of the course is to provide; by addressing the basic principles of land management, land readjustment and land consolidation arrangements, and their related legal aspects with the interpretation views, required technical and conceptual skills be gained.
Course Description		Within the course; introduction to land management, sustainable land management, urban development-zoning and land management relations, legal aspects of zoning structure, implementation of land-use plans, land readjustment, urban-rural relations, rural land development, introduction to land consolidations and property arrangements will be discussed.
Course Outcomes
Pre-requisite(s)		Submitting of the term homework is a prerequisite for "final exam".
