1. To teach about basic concepts of management and organisation.
2. To teach about tasks, authority and responsibility in maritime organizations based on personal and leadership.
3. To gain knowledge on assessment of maritime organisations and to give an ability about the viewpoint of management.

Job satisfaction, organisational commitment and motivation. Group, formation of group, working within different groups and team work. Leadership and its approaches.
