Students to learn the processes leading to petroleum generation and accumulation as well as exploration methods

Course Description

In this course; formation of hydrocarbon source rocks, generation of petroleum, migration and accumulation proceses are discussed. Hydrocarbon exploration methods and the evolution of hydrocarbons from source to trap are taught.
