FIZ 233EL - Electronics I Lab.

Course Objectives

To provide experimental knowledge about the types, structures, and functions of basic electronic circuit components.
To teach the operating principles of semiconductor-based devices through laboratory experiments.
To develop the ability to apply electronic components and basic circuits in the context of modern electronic applications.
To introduce the basic characteristics of operational amplifiers and to provide practical skills in building and analyzing op-amp circuits.

Course Description

This laboratory course aims to provide hands-on experience with basic electronic circuit components. The course includes experiments on the introduction to electronic components, characteristics and applications of semiconductor diodes, special-purpose diodes, characteristics and biasing of BJT transistors, applications of BJTs, characteristics and biasing of field-effect transistors (FETs), applications of FETs, and basic experiments involving operational amplifiers.
