Course Objectives

The objective of this lesson is to investigate the structural characterisation and the testing performance at nanomaterials using advanged nuclear techniques for alternative energy technologies such as fuel cells and hydrogen storage. As the nuclear methods play an important role in the development of nanomaterials with a higher level performance, the aim of this lesson is the investigation of the neutron imaging facilities and the use of ionizan radiation (gamma, electron-, ion-beam) for the development of nanomaterials with the application of nuclear techniques.

Course Description

To investigate the structural characterization and test performance of nanomaterials for alternative energy technologies such as fuel cells and hydrogen storage using advanced nuclear techniques.
