Course Description

Introduction to organizational behavior and organizational psychology, cognitive ability, seafarer business performance assessment and feedback, team phenomenon and management in maritime life,individual and team training, motivation in organizations, communication and conflict management, organizational change and development, anti-objective behaviors in work environment, psychological violence, leadership in organizations.
