Course Objectives		To introduce maritime organizations and organizations. To understand the importance of maritime leadership and to gain responsibilities. To gain the knowledge and skills to evaluate managerial organizations in terms of managerial aspects.

Maritime leadership, leadership characteristics and responsibilities according to STCW. Team work on board and maritime. Organizational culture in ship and company. Maritime communication. Conflict management on board. Stress management on board. Methods of effective organization management as a ship captain.
