Course Description

Introduction to organizational behavior and organizational psychology, cognitive ability, seaman business performance assessment and feedback, team phenomenon and management in marine life, individual and team training, motivation in organizations, communication and conflict management, organizational change and development, anti-purpose behaviors in the business environment, psychological violence, human-machine interaction, prevention of man-made marine accidents, leadership in organizations.
