Course Description

Introduction to organizational behavior and organizational psychology, cognitive ability, sailor job performance assessment and feedback, team phenomenon and management in marine life, individual and team training, motivation, communication and conflict management in organizations, organizational change and development, anti-purpose behavior in the business environment, psychological violence, human machine interaction, prevention of human-induced marine accidents, leadership in organizations.
