MBG 554E - Quantitative Methods for Biological Systems
Course Objectives
A broad range of technological advances in state-of-art fluorescence microscopy and methods. Cell structure and dynamics, computation methods and models. Analyze the image data from microscopes with mathematical tools. Cell tracking methods. The use of numerical methods to solving the biological problems and use of these approaches in molecular biology and neurobiology and interpreting data.
Course Description
To teach advance quantitative methods for biological systems,To teach functional imaging methods in biological systems.
