Course Objectives

Purpose of the course
1. Ensure that the elements of port policies are scientifically understood
2. Teach the use of port dynamics in the development of port policies and to establish a general framework for this
3. Provide updated information on national and international port policies
4. Increase the scientific knowledge, analysis, synthesis and sharing ability of the learner about port policies
