Dersin Amaçları

As this course is highly interactive and will consist of workshop studies it is important for the students to attend the class regularly and be also communicative and sharing. When students will take the course, by the end of these mester:
• They will learn the properties that a leader needs to possess and their self-confidence in applying them will increase.
• They will be able to identify the definition of innovation and will be able to think in innovative ways.
• They will enhance their presence in their own creativity and be able to utilize it in their daily lives.

Dersin Tanımı

The aim of the course is to increase awareness in creativity and charisma for the future potential leaders. By means of gaining these abilities, students will have wider horizons that will enable them to analyze the leadership situations at companies and therefore they will be able to challenge the difficulties of business life.
