Dersin Amaçları

M.Sc./Ph.D. students who successfully pass this course gain knowledge, skill and competency in the following subjects;
They will gain knowledge on how they can formulate and make better strategic decisions especially in a complex world. How they can lead under uncertainty. How they can use collective intelligence and counterfactual reasoning in managerial sciences.

The topics included are; sustainable development , systems thinking, models of change, social change, foresight methods, forecasting, risk management, decision making under uncertainty, complexity, black swan events, butterfly effects, decision theories, quantitative methods for decision making and formulation of the problem
