| Dersin Amaçları |
Çalışma alanı Büyükçekmece Belediyesi’yle iş birliği içinde belirlen İstanbul ili Büyükçekmece ilçesine bağlı farklı
niteliklerdeki sekiz adet odak noktasını içermektedir. Projenin amacı; Bu odak alanlardan seçilecek birinde, alanının zaman
içindeki sosyal, ekonomik, kültürel, mekânsal değişiminin, çalışma alanının yakın çevresi ve ilçe içindeki ilişkilerinin
incelenerek değerlendirilmesi ve şematik gösterimi, alanın mevcut sorunları, mekâna ilişkin potansiyeller, fırsat, tehdit ve
zayıflıkların irdelenmesi ve mekânsal boyuta yansıyan seçenekli kentsel tasarım çözüm önerilerinin geliştirilmesidir.

Çalışma alanını tanıma ve zaman içindeki değişimini anlama kapsamında yapılacak literatür incelemesi ve
analitik çalışmaların yürütülmesi,
• Alana ilişkin yerel yönetimlerce yapılmış, her kademede plan, proje ve mekânsal tasarım çalışmalarının
incelenmesi,
• Mekâna ilişkin seçenekli kentsel tasarım çözüm önerilerinin geliştirilmesi beklenmektedir.

2- Çalışma Alanına Yönelik Araştırma ve İnceleme Çalışmaları
2.1 Fiziksel, sosyal, ekonomik, coğrafi ve tarihsel veriler*
3- Değerlendirme ve Sentez
3.1 Çevresel ilişkilerin değerlendirilmesi, 1/5000 ölçek
3.2 Alansal verilerin sentez ve değerlendirmesi 1/1000 ölçek
4- Alan Tahsisleri, Kullanım Koşulları ve Tasarım Projesi
4.1 Kentsel tasarım projesi (1/1000, 1/500, 1/200 ve gereken diğer alt ölçekler)
4.2 Maket veya üç boyutlu modellemeler (Proje konusuna göre 1/1000 ve/veya 1/500 ölçekli)
5- Portfolyo (Projenin gelişim sürecini açıklayan A3 boyutunda kitapçık)
*Temin edilen analiz dokümanları doğrultusunda, verilen çalışma alanı sınırları içerisinde, aşağıda belirtilen inceleme ve
araştırma konularına yönelik olarak kavramsal sunuş teknikleriyle ölçekli haritalar üretilmesi beklenmektedir. Öğrencilerin,
aynı zamanda, çalışma alanına giderek yerinde tespit çalışmalarında bulunmaları önerilmektedir. |
