Dersin Tanımı		The main objective of Project IV is to define the basic components of a settlement and discuss its future development by using analysis, evaluation and decision-making methods and techniques within the framework of the spatial strategic planning approach
Dersin Çıktıları		The project study consists of 3 steps: 'thematic and advanced analysis', 'visioning and comprehensive synthesis in line with the vision', 'development scenarios, macroform discussions and development strategies in line with the vision'.
