Dersin Amaçları
an introduction to analysis and design of feedback control systems, including classical control theory in the time and frequency domain; input/output modeling of dynamical systems using differential equations and transfer functions; stability and performance of interconnected systems, including use of block diagrams, Bode plots, the Nyquist criterion; design of feedback controllers in frequency domain based on
stability, performance and robustness specifications.
The purpose of the course is also to teach students to use MATLAB/SIMULINK tools for the modeling and controller design. Therefore, classes will start with recitation session (~1 hour) followed by teaching session (~1 hour). During the recitation, TAs provide implementations of the topics (mostly using MATLAB and SIMULINK), which has been learned from the previous week. In the teaching session, students learn
the fundamentals of the given subject.
