Dersin Amaçları The aim of the course is to understand the most important subjects of the atmospheric physics. The behaviour of the electromagnetic radiation in the atmosphere is related to the atmospheric variables. The formation of optic, acoustic and electrical events that we experience in the atmosphere will be examined.

Dersin Çıktıları 1. Calculating the slope of a signal by the vertical distribution of temperature
2. Calculating the vertical variation of refraction index by terrestrial refraction theory in the atmosphere
3. Prediction by associating the optical events in the atmosphere with meteorological parameters like temperature; humidity and precipitation and weather conditions,
4. Calculating the visibility in the clouds or foggy environment,
5. Calculating the sound audibility and speed by meteorological parameters,
6. Calculating the Doppler effect for stable and in motion sound source,
7. Understanding the electrical parameters in the atmosphere and charge separation theory in the clouds.
