Dersin Çıktıları After completion of this course, the students should be able to:
1. Apply the principles of vibration
2. Build up the mathematical model of a vibratory system
3. Write Fourier series expressions for periodic motions
4. Solve damped / undamped free/forced vibration problems of single/two degree of freedom systems
5. Calculate the natural frequencies and draw the mode shapes for two degree of freedom systems
6. Define the generalized coordinates and apply Laplace equations to derive the equations of motion of multi degree of freedom systems
7. Carry out modal analysis
