Performing six well-planned experiments in Fluid Dynamics, Structures and Electrical Systems and Controls. Formulation and design of laboratory experiments to address problems or topics of student's choice on fluid mechanics and aerodynamics through open-ended planning, including decision criteria for laboratory techniques and approaches.
