Course Description

This course includes topics related to architectural profession, architectural services, project delivery methods, initiation-design-bidding/tender-construction and closeout phase services, construction contracts and contract documents, cost estimation-cost planning and cost control, project planning and programming, contract administration and controlling services during building production process, establishment of an architectural firm and professional ethics.
