Course Objectives It is aimed that students have the ability to program their own aerobic and/or weight training.
Course Description General training information, weight training principles and weight training, endurance training working principles and endurance training, practice studies on how to make their own weight training program.
Course Outcomes At the end of the course, students;
1- The ability to program and implement their own weight training
2- Ability to program and implement own endurance training
3- They are expected to gain the ability to program and apply flexibility training.
