Course Objectives		Providing a joint motivation and reaching a consensus about feeling, thought and common values among the members of a group, and reaching a desired target with physical and psychological endeavors by using basketball education. Teaching the rules of basketball, which is an olympic sport branch, the fundamental techniques of basketball, developing the techniques and skills, and enjoying it as a sports activity. Course Description		Historical process of basketball, fundamental techniques, tactics, skills, and rules. • Ballhandling and dribbling • Stance and pivoting • Passing techniques • Shooting techniques • Basic defensive principles • Basic offensive principles
Course Outcomes		Education to students about the following: • To teach the basic techniques of basketball • To teach offensive and defensive basketball system • To gain the habit of doing team sports
