Course Objectives

Course Description
Makine tasarımı ve aşamaları. Emniyet faktörü. Statik yüklemede tasarım. Çatlaklarda gerilme. Yorulma. Toleranslar. Vida, cıvata ve perçin bağlantıları. Kaynak, lehim ve yapıştırma bağlantıları. Mil-göbek bağlantıları, pres geçmeler ve kamalar. Yaylar. Yuvarlanmalı yataklar, bilyalı, makaralı ve konik yataklar. Yağlama ve kaymalı yataklar. Miller, kavramalar, kaplinler, frenler, dişli çarklar ve tasarımı. Kayış-kasnak mekanizmaları. Zincir mekanizmaları.
