Course Objectives		Understanding the Aircraft Conceptual Design process and the methods used. Intensifying the knowledge by means of weakly studies and term project.
Course Description		Propulsion. Structures and loads. Weights. Stability, control and handling qualities. Performance and Flight Mechanics. Cost Analysis. Flight safety and certification.
Course Outcomes		On completing this course students should : 1.understand the Aircraft Conceptual Design process 2.be able to prepare an aircraft conceptual design report 3.have basic knowledge on aircraft propulsion calculations 4.have basic knowledge on aircraft structural design and analysis 5.have basic knowledge on aircraft weight and balance calculations 6.have basic knowledge on aircraft stability and control analyses 7.have basic knowledge on aircraft performance calculations 8.have basic knowledge on aircraft cost analyses 9.have knowledge on aircraft certification procedures and flight safety 10.have some experience on teamwork
Pre-requisite(s)
Required Facilities		Computer will be used for drawings, report writing and various analyses.
