GID 210E - Engineering Mathematics

Course Objectives

1. To teach the solution methods of linear equation systems and to provide the ability to use the concepts of matrix and determinant in application.
2. To introduce the basic concepts required to understand, construct, solve and interpret differential equations and to teach methods to solve differential equations of various types.
3. To give an ability to apply knowledge of mathematics in food engineering problems.

Course Description

Mühendislik matematiği konusunda temel bilgiler ve kavramlar. Lineer Denklemler ve Matrisler, Vektör uzayları, Özdeğerler ve Özvektörler, Birinci Mertebeden Diferansiyel Denklemler, Yüksek Mertebeden Lineer Diferansiyel Denklemler, Laplace Dönüşümleri.
