2. To provide information about the design of discrete-time linear systems.
Course Description
Introduction to discrete-time signals and systems, discrete-time linear time-invariant systems, discrete convolution, difference equations, discrete-time Fourier transform, sampling and aliasing, z-transform and its applications, discrete Fourier transform, circular convolution, fast Fourier transform, implementation of digital filters, design methods for digital filters, applications of digital signal processing, time-frequency transforms
