Course Objectives		Laboratory Application of Electrical Machines
Course Description		Determining equivalent circuit parameters of single phase transformer. Determining equivalent circuit parameters of three phase induction motors and speed control. Computer aided speed control of three-phase induction machines fed from a cycloconverter. Heating in a loaded, singlephase induction machine. Determining synchronous generator characteristics. Starting of synchronous motors. Four-quadrant speed control of DC motors. Determining equivalent circuit parameters of a salient-pole synchronous machine.
