Course Objectives To design an electrical system, component, or process within realistic constraints (economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability) using engineering standards.
An introduction to the basics of Project Management.
To define, formulate, solve and evaluate the results of engineering problems.
Course Description Introduction to Project Management,
Designing an electrical engineering project that provides solutions to open-ended problems related to the needs of the industry regarding the following areas:
Distribution Systems
Lighting and Indoor Installation
Electrical Machines
Power Electronics and Drive Systems
High Voltage Techniques
Smart Grids and other subjects related to Electrical Engineering.
Resource planning and budgeting,
Preparation of the project report along with its written and oral presentation.
