Course Objectives		1. To teach management concepts and theories 2. To give ability to understand management functions, 3. To provide the ability to evaluate organization from managerial point of view.
Course Description		Evolution of management thought, basic concepts and definition of management and organization, management as a profession, management schools/theories, management functions, the future perspectives on management.
Course Outcomes		Students who pass the course will be able to: I. Understand and know management and organization concepts and theories. II. Define managerial characteristics of an organization. III. Understand management functions. IV. Understand, evaluate and apply management principles.
