Course Objectives		Teaching students about energy markets and optimization techniques used in these markets.
Course Description		The course is made up of two distinct parts: a verbal one where markets are introduced and a mathematical one where optimization techniques are taught.
Course Outcomes		- Understanding analysis of Energy Markets and the flow of energy from production to consumption using operations research tools. - Conducting demonstrable, concrete, empirical research to understand the dynamics of energy markets. - Learning to organize a project within the scope of energy markets' optimization and collecting data for this project by using existing scales to perform a quantitative analysis.
