Course Objectives 1) To introduce labor contract, which is the most important element of the relation between employee and employer.
2) To introduce labor law in order to train skilled managers.
3) To teach labor law in order to train managers competent in legal matters.
Course Description The framework of this course is composed of the main subjects of labor law. The topics to be dealt with within this framework can be grouped as follows: development, basic principles, basic concepts (such as employee, employer, workplace and employment contract) and sources of this branch of law
Course Outcomes 1) Make use of basic concepts and principles of labor law, required in business life.
2) Understand the connection between labor law and Managerial Engineering Program.
3) Resolve legal problems arising from employment contract.
4) Take measures against occupational safety risks.
5) Communicate in legal matters, orally and in writing.
