Course Objectives		I. To teach main concepts of manufacturing II. To provide competency in understanding the interactions between product, manufacturing process and competition III. To provide competency to change firm performance by changing manufacturing systems
Course Description		Main concepts of manufacturing, product process relation, understanding the interactions between the elements of conventional and contemporary manufacturing systems, the impact of changes on manufacturing on firm performance are examined.
