Course Objectives

The primary aim of the course is to introduce the students with the principles of management. The course will start by explaining the process of management as well as the changing views of management over time. We will then focus on the four functions of management, namely planning, organizing, controlling and leading.

Management, managerial concepts, key management processes of planning, organizing, leading, coordinating, controlling and correcting with an emphasis to the human element in technology-driven production and service organizations.
