END 222E - Management Accounting
Course Objectives
accounting principles, accounting cycle, examinations of current assets, current liabilities, inventory methods and policies, and preperation of financial tables (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Owner’s Equity, and Cash Flows). This course also aimed to help students gain expertise in strategic and critical use of accounting information for planning and controlling purposes. Topics to be covered are cost terminology; cost-volume-profit analysis; job and processs costing systems; activity based costing, budgeting, flexible budgets, cost variances and management control; cost behavior; Decision making and relevant information; ; pricing and cost management: balanced score card and strategic profitability analysis.
